SHIPPING POLICY

Rates and delivery estimates below are read straight from our checkout, so they always match what you pay at the till.

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship to Denmark, Sweden. We do not offer worldwide shipping. If your country is not listed, no delivery option will appear at checkout, get in touch and we will tell you when we can reach you.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of payment, Monday to Friday. Our order cutoff is weekdays at 12:00 CET — anything placed after it is processed the next business day. The delivery estimates below are carrier transit times and start once the parcel has been dispatched, so the total time to your door is the processing time plus transit.

All prices include VAT. The exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation by email as soon as your payment is captured. We ship with Postnord, so you can follow your parcel until it reaches you.

DAMAGED OR MISSING PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us with your order number and photos where relevant. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved, carriers usually require it.
